GENERAL SHIPPING At The Tackle Rat we are continually searching for efficient and affordable freight methods. Because fishing tackle comes in so many different weights and dimensions, we have simplified and standardised our shipping charges, as follows:-

Australia only handling and shipping charges:

Goods to 5 kg $10.00
Goods 5 to 10 kg $15.00
Goods 10 to 15 kg $18.00
Goods 15 to 25 kg $22.00
Fishing Rods to 2.1 mtrs $15.00
Fishing Rods 2.1 to 3. 2 mtrs $20.00
Fishing Rods 3.2 to 4.2 mtrs $25.00

Please note: all rods are shipped in PVC tubing for maximum shipping protection. Some heavy or bulky goods will be priced by cubic measure and some remote areas will have a minimum purchase amount this is due to our freight companies’ additional charges. If you are unsure or would like confirmation of shipping costs please contact us via telephone, fax or email. We would be happy to help. Please allow 7-10 days delivery. Some country areas are depot delivery only. Freight forwarding is by our nominated couriers or Australia Post. If a signature is required and no one is present to accept delivery, advice will be left and the goods will be available for customer pick-up at the nearest depot or Post Office.
Overseas shipping is priced on application please telephone, fax or email us for a shipping cost.

RETURNS POLICY AND GUARANTEE

If you wish to return a product for refund or exchange, you are able to do so by ensuring Coastal Angler is notified within 3 days of receipt of goods. The goods are returned in a saleable condition within 7 days of receiving and are carefully packaged, registered, insured and freight paid back to our warehouse. We are unable to accept any returned goods if they are not in the original manufacturers packaging, parts missing, damaged, abused or used. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if goods are sent freight collect.
